Join our team as a Human Resources Administrator. In this role, you will support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, employee records management, and policy administration. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional employee support while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and perform data entry with a high level of accuracy.
  • Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and communicating with applicants.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new employees have the tools and resources needed for success.
  • Create training schedules and maintain company-wide training records.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation, reports, and personnel files.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support the implementation of more efficient administrative and HR practices.
  • Travel between company locations as required to support operations.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR Coordinator and Leadership team.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance when handling employee information.

Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of Canadian Human Resources experience.
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation, including the Employment Standards Act.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A people-first attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional support to employees and candidates.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
