Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Clerk to join our team. The Order Entry Clerk ensures accurate and efficient order. This role involves entering and reviewing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining clear communication throughout the order lifecycle.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Enter customer orders accurately into the system, including product details, quantities, and specifications.
Review orders to ensure all information is complete, accurate, and meets company requirements.
Process order changes and updates, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
Maintain organized and accurate order records, including purchase orders, confirmations, and change requests.
Identify and recommend improvements to order entry and work order processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Ensure data accuracy by performing regular checks and maintaining high standards for data entry.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in order entry, administrative, customer service, or manufacturing environments is an asset.
Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Familiarity with ERP/order management systems is preferred.
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes (sheet metal, fabrication, etc.) is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Employment Details.
Location: Abbotsford, BC.
Shift: Day Shift - Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Wage: $19 - $22 per hour (Dependent on experience).
