Overlanders Manufacturing is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Operator to join our team. We are looking for a skilled operator with strong mechanical and mathematical abilities and at least 1 years of experience. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with excellent attendance, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Operate Press Brake Machines to bend sheet metal accurately.
- Set Up Machines with correct tooling and settings.
- Read Blueprints and work orders to understand job specs.
- Perform Bending Operations and adjust machines as needed.
- Program CNC Machines with job parameters when required.
- Inspect Parts using measuring tools to ensure quality.
- Troubleshoot Issues and report problems to supervisors.
- Follow Safety Procedures and wear proper PPE.
- Manage Time to meet production goals.
- Handle Materials safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 1+ years of press brake operation experience.
- Ability to read blueprints and job specs.
- Skilled in using measuring tools like calipers and gauges.
- Knowledge of sheet metal prep and machine mechanics.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Familiar with safety protocols and proper lifting techniques.
- Able to optimize setups and improve production efficiency.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Works well in a team environment and communicates clearly.
Shift & Pay:
- Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
- Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM.
- Pay: $21 - $24/hour (depending on experience).
- Wage is negotiable based on experience and skills, with higher rates offered to candidates with extensive experience.
- Benefits: Available after probation period.
- Reviews: Performance reviews will be conducted at 3 and 6 months, with a wage review after 12 months.
