Join our growing team as a Press Brake Operator. In this role, you will set up and operate press brake equipment, interpret technical drawings, and produce high-quality metal components while meeting production, quality, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure accurate production.
Select tooling, adjust machine settings, and program CNC controls as required.
Perform quality checks using measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and protractors.
Troubleshoot machine and production issues to maintain workflow and quality standards.
Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
Safely move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, hoists, or other equipment.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 years of press brake operation experience, including machine setup and adjustment.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality inspection processes.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Knowledge of workplace safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Employment Details:

Starting Wage: Dependent on experience.
Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 6am to 2:30pm (40 hours per week).
Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:15pm to 2:15am (40 hours per week).
